Our focus is to help individuals restore balance by examining all areas of life, reframe, or look at situations from a slightly different perspective, and renew or recharge by putting in place coping skills and goals that assist in identifying things one can control, gaining awareness of ones inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan that integrates the total person, body, mind, and soul.

Our approach is to explore all aspects of a person to create a fully 3 dimensional picture with most accurate concept of your experience, personality, and goals. we find find great joy in walking along side clients through the journey of life which at times can be rocky, steep, challenging, and often exhilarating, but always learning more about ourselves.
Our Practice
Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and those who struggle with bisexuality concerns, providing a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples and partners.
